Machinery that shapes packaging.

Explore the moulding equipment and precision tooling behind WORLDites International Packaging's component manufacturing capabilities.

Injection Moulding Blow Moulding Precision Tooling

OUR MANUFACTURING APPROACH

From material to finished component.

WORLDites combines packaging component supply with manufacturing and decoration capabilities, allowing packaging requirements to be developed around the product, application and brand.

The machinery shown here represents key stages of component production: forming plastic packaging, producing injection-moulded components and using dedicated tooling to maintain repeatable shapes and specifications.

The supplied machinery images are presented according to what can be identified visually. The fourth image is precision mould/tooling rather than a standalone machine.

01   /   BLOW MOULDING

Injection & Stretch Blow Moulding System

The ASB-branded equipment shown in the supplied image is an injection/stretch blow-moulding platform. In a packaging manufacturing workflow, this type of equipment is used to form hollow plastic containers from preforms, helping achieve consistent bottle geometry and finish.

How it supports WORLDites

  • Bottle and container component production
  • Consistent dimensions across production runs
  • Suitable for packaging formats requiring controlled wall and neck geometry
  • Feeds into subsequent decoration and packaging supply workflows

02   /   INJECTION MOULDING

Milacron eQ-Series Injection Moulding

The supplied image clearly shows a Milacron eQ-Series 80 injection-moulding machine. Injection moulding is used to melt and inject thermoplastic material into a mould, where the component takes its defined geometry before being ejected for inspection and further processing.

How it supports WORLDites

  • Precision plastic component manufacturing
  • Closures, caps and other moulded packaging parts
  • Repeatable geometry for customer specifications
  • Supports production of components that can be combined into complete packaging solutions

03   /   EXTRUSION BLOW MOULDING

Dual-Station Extrusion Blow Moulding

The supplied blue machine appears to be a dual-station extrusion blow-moulding system with a dedicated control cabinet. In this process, a heated plastic parison is formed and captured by mould halves; air is then used to expand the material against the mould surface to create the container.

How it supports WORLDites

  • Hollow bottle and container manufacturing
  • Efficient production of repeatable packaging shapes
  • Useful for applications requiring formed plastic containers
  • Complements injection and stretch blow-moulding capabilities

04   /   PRECISION TOOLING

Multi-Cavity Mould & Tooling

The fourth supplied image is a multi-cavity mould/tooling assembly rather than a standalone machine. Tooling is central to packaging production because the cavity geometry determines the shape and key dimensions of the component produced by the moulding equipment.

How it supports WORLDites

  • Defines repeatable component geometry
  • Supports multi-cavity production for higher output
  • Used with appropriate moulding machinery for packaging components
  • Helps translate customer packaging specifications into production tooling

05   /   INJECTION MOULDING

High-Performance Injection Moulding Machine

For producing packaging components through controlled moulding cycles.

The injection moulding machine is used to manufacture packaging components through controlled moulding cycles. Its combination of injection control, moulding precision, and repeatable operation supports consistent production for packaging applications.

How it supports WORLDites

  • Enables repeatable packaging component production
  • Supports efficient high-volume manufacturing
  • Provides controlled and consistent moulding cycles
  • Works with precision tooling for accurate component output

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

A connected packaging production workflow.

The equipment works as part of a broader packaging workflow, from material preparation and component formation through inspection, decoration and dispatch.

01

Material Preparation

Materials are prepared according to the selected packaging specification and production requirements.

02

Moulding & Forming

Suitable moulding equipment and tooling form bottles, jars, closures and other packaging components.

03

Inspection

Components are checked for dimensional, visual and functional requirements before progressing.

04

Decoration & Finishing

Where required, packaging can move into decoration processes such as colour coating, printing, frosting, foiling or metallizing.

05

Packing & Dispatch

Approved components are prepared for customer orders, bulk requirements and final dispatch.
